Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leios Consulting website at www.leios.consulting and all services provided by Leios Consulting ("we," "our," or "us"), owned and operated by Yuvi and Bethany Rana.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Overview

Leios Consulting provides the following services in Oklahoma:

• Smart Home Integration: Home Assistant installation, automation setup, and smart device configuration
• Enterprise Networking: Network design, installation, WiFi optimization, and structured cabling
• Drone Videography: FAA Part 107 certified aerial photography and videography
• Web Design & SEO: Website development, digital marketing, and social media management
• Real Estate Services: Licensed real estate services through Copper Creek Real Estate

Service Agreements

Individual service engagements may be subject to additional terms, quotes, or contracts. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work, unforeseen complications, or changes requested by the client.

Smart Home & Networking Services

Scope of Work

Smart home and networking services include consultation, equipment recommendations, installation, and configuration as agreed upon in your service quote.

Equipment and Materials

• Equipment costs are separate from labor unless otherwise specified
• We recommend specific equipment but clients may choose alternatives
• Warranty coverage for equipment is provided by the manufacturer, not Leios Consulting
• We are not responsible for equipment failures outside our control

Home Assistant & Open Source Software

• Home Assistant and other open-source software are provided "as is" under their respective licenses
• We configure and optimize systems but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or future updates
• Software updates are the responsibility of the client unless covered by a support plan
• We recommend clients maintain backups of their configurations

Support Plans

Leios Care support plans provide ongoing assistance as described in your plan terms. Support plans:

• Cover remote troubleshooting and configuration assistance
• Do not cover hardware replacement or physical repairs
• May be cancelled with 30 days notice
• Are non-refundable for the current billing period

Drone Services

FAA Compliance

All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots in compliance with federal regulations. This includes:

• Operating only in approved airspace or with proper authorization
• Maintaining visual line of sight with the aircraft
• Following all altitude, weather, and safety restrictions
• Obtaining necessary permits for controlled airspace operations

Weather and Conditions

Drone flights are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule flights due to:

• High winds (typically above 20 mph)
• Rain, snow, or precipitation
• Low visibility conditions
• Extreme temperatures affecting equipment

Rescheduling due to weather is not subject to additional fees.

Deliverables and Ownership

• Final edited photos and videos are delivered to the client as specified in the service agreement
• Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use deliverables for their intended purpose
• Raw footage may be provided upon request for an additional fee
• We retain the right to use footage for our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Web Design & SEO Services

Project Scope

Web projects are defined by a scope of work agreed upon before commencement. Changes to scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Content and Materials

• Clients are responsible for providing content (text, images, logos) unless content creation is included
• We assume content provided is owned by the client or properly licensed
• Stock images may be used and are subject to their respective licenses

Hosting and Maintenance

• Hosting fees are billed separately from design work unless bundled
• We are not responsible for third-party hosting outages or issues
• Website updates outside of a maintenance plan may be billed hourly

Real Estate Services

Real estate services are provided by Yuvi Rana, a licensed Oklahoma Realtor (License #212331), under the supervision of Copper Creek Real Estate.

Agency Disclosure

All real estate transactions are subject to Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) rules and regulations, including agency disclosure requirements. Specific terms of representation will be outlined in separate real estate contracts.

Brokerage Relationship

Yuvi Rana operates as a licensed agent under Copper Creek Real Estate. All real estate contracts, commissions, and disputes are governed by the brokerage relationship and OREC regulations.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual quotes or service agreements
• Deposits may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled appointments
• Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services
• Refunds for completed work are at our discretion
• Subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days notice

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or equipment damage not directly caused by our negligence
• We do not guarantee specific results from SEO or marketing services

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leios Consulting, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

• The Leios Consulting name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property
• Work created for clients becomes their property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified
• We may retain samples of work for portfolio purposes unless confidentiality is agreed

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

• First, through good-faith negotiation between the parties
• If unresolved, through mediation in Canadian County, Oklahoma
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
